One simple fee. Sellers pay 8.5% on completed trades; buyers pay freight at cost. No listing fees, no buyer platform fee, no surprises.

What it costs

8.5% seller fee

Sellers pay 8.5% of the product subtotal on a completed trade. It is taken from the seller's proceeds when funds release — there is no charge to list and no fee if a trade is cancelled or fully refunded. Concierge trades brokered by stashtab carry the same 8.5%.

Freight passed through at cost

The buyer pays freight. stashtab books platform freight after the seller packs the lot and passes the carrier's price through — stashtab does not mark freight up.

Tax collected at checkout

Sales tax is calculated and collected at checkout, and stashtab remits it as the marketplace facilitator. Resale exemptions are handled at checkout.

Buyer protection included

Every order is protected: stashtab holds the buyer's funds until delivery is confirmed and a 48-hour inspection window passes. There is no separate charge for buyer protection.

A worked example

On a 8.5% fee, a seller who completes a $10,000 product sale pays an $850 platform fee and nets $9,150 in product proceeds, plus the freight that was passed through to the buyer at cost. The buyer pays the product price, the freight, and applicable tax.

Figures are illustrative; the fee on your trade is computed from the actual product subtotal at checkout.
